Your Responsibilities

Ensure manufacturing according to specifications for PCAs Ensure quality and reliability throughout the outsourced materials supply chain (from component to product level) Develop, maintain, and share technical expertise for PCAs within Advantest Interface with functions such as Suppliers & Contract Manufacturers, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, and Strategic Procurement Work with individual contributors as well as all levels of management Change control, DFM analysis, part number setup etc. Supplier selection, auditing and qualification, quality assurance processes, test strategy/plan, performance control points, etc. Support for technical contracting elements

Your Qualifications

Bachelors' / Masters' / equivalent University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Material Science, OR related job experience Good knowledge of manufacturing and related test processes for PCA Good knowledge of electric / electronic components Excellent analytical skills in solving technical issues Excellent cross-functional Teamwork capability Excellent English skills German skills B2 Strong Self-management and Coordination skills Good communication and Presentation skills
