As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring that our offering «fly off the shelves». This role is the glue that binds our strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in Sales and Marketing.

You monitor market developments to understand our target customers and their needs and pain points within your responsible area You understand the competition and how to overcome them in close co-operation with Product Management and Sales. You develop positioning and messaging for our innovative services to gain a competitive edge and feed to our communications and field marketing teams. In addition, you develop meaningful sales content to enable our revenue team to target the right customer with the right set of information and materials for the specific stage of the buying journey like sales decks, battle cards, eLearning courses etc. You listen carefully and cooperate with the sales community to consistently improve the quality of our content. You develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans, manage release updates internally with our sales community and externally. It is part of your responsibility to constantly review and analyze the success of your marketing activities set in place for your area and make necessary changes. You manage our external agencies to build marketing collaterals for a global audience. You identify unanticipated issues that arise along the way and see them through to resolution. Together with the relevant stakeholders including Marketing Communications, Product Managers, Business Development, and Sales, you drive cross-functional implementation of your plans.
You have several years of marketing experience, ideally multidisciplinary background and preferably with several years of experience in a dynamic B2B role in the automotive software sector. You are passionate about marketing planning and execution. You are a tech-savvy talent with a creative mind who is interested in human-machine interface and automotive user experience. Finding the right words to translate complex tech content into effective customer-oriented marketing assets (e.g. value propositions, messaging, taglines etc.) comes easily to you. You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage. You have strong leadership skills and a passion for coordinating and prioritizing different tasks and taking responsibility for your projects. You are able to work and communicate cross-functionally and at multiple organizational levels. You are a strong strategic thinker, but also operationally skilled, diligent, structured, and organized. Your agile mindset, hands on mentality, and strong customer focus convince us. International structures are familiar to you. You have ROI-tracking as well as analytical skills to prove what is - or is not - working. Focusing more on results than tasks, you work effectively and proactively with minimal guidance and meet multiple demands simultaneously. You are a strong public speaker, who is comfortable in front of large groups. Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English, written and verbally. German is a plus.
