For the management and development of our Academy Department in Neuss we are looking for a full-time employee: Manager Academy (m/w/d) The position You will develop content and implement training programmes for new products or applications, including the selection of trainers. You will design tailor-made training programmes for sales and service staff as well as customers and be responsible for their implementation You will continuously expand the digital offering of online seminars, learning management systems and learning portals. You have a good eye for the efficiency of the training and further education sector and are responsible for continuous quality assurance You are responsible for the follow-up of training successes in cooperation with the sales department.
