As Junior International Brand Manager, you will support the expansion of household penetration and market share of the consumer segments and associated assortments/sub-brands. You will work closely with the International brand manager and contribute to the implementation of the assortment/sub-brand strategy by creating an innovation pipeline (Innovation, renovation, line extender) and appealing communication preferred by consumers. You will work collaboratively with markets to understand their needs and to find similarities across markets in order to foster synergies between trade and consumers. You will provide contributions to the international positioning and strategy of assortments/sub-brands based on consumer understanding and insight. You will analyze and interpret market and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities to derive recommendations for associated assortments/sub-brands.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are excellent positioned, if you hold a University degree in Marketing or Brand Marketing or an equivalent qualification. You have already gained several years of professional experience in brand management within the FMCG environment. You possess a good business accumen as well as a strong analytical thinking and you are familiar with consumer-oriented marketing and brand management tools. You have a high level of ability to work in a team and you are also able to work well together in international teams. A willingness to travel is assumed.
