Your Contribution Conception, planning and execution of different internal and external event formats Organization of live, hybrid and fully digital events on a worldwide basis Consulting and first contact person for event management for all Business Units and Corporate Functions Creative and strong team player that shapes events that reflects SCHOTT's brand identity Organizational talent that brings different skills together and takes care of a hassle-free project management Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the field of event management Close Cooperation to other disciplines within Corporate Marketing & Communications

Your Qualifications University degree with above-average results in event management or business administration with major focus on event management Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the field of event management in a technology company or an agency Proven track record of successful cooperation in international projects as a member of a cross-functional teams Curiosity and interest in solving challenging problems, intercultural competency and ability to make decisions Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills Ability to use different digital tools as event enabler Very good English and German language skills (written and spoken) Willingness to travel abroad
