In this position you have the unique opportunity to apply your skills and abilities while working in close collaboration with the CEO of Allianz Global Benefits and the entire leadership team. You will help to coordinate and drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration within the Allianz Group. Tasks: As Executive Assistant (m/f/d) you will support the CEO in his day-to-day work and take over on special tasks.
In your position, you will gain deep insight into the organization and can prove your skills through driving demanding tasks and projects This includes mainly Provide executive support to the CEO of Allianz Global Benefits, e.g. structuring and prioritizing work commissioned by the CEO and ensuring the highest possible quality of work in collaboration with other departments Draft relevant CEO communication (e.g. presentations, decision proposals) and respond to internal and external inquiries Initiate and coordinate communication activities (internally) involving innovative tools and through different channels Coordinate joint activities of the leadership team as well as planning and facilitating management workshops and off-sites Support in operative day-to-day business Interact with counterparts and global interfaces (inside and outside of the Group) to arrange and prepare meetings, coordinate agendas, and prepare top-management presentations Organize/prepare and follow-up of business-related meetings Handle projects independently and support global expert teams in strategic projects Coordinate and participate in project work that requires the attention or representation of the CEO Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Communications or similar Excellent German and English language skills, both written & spoken Strong literacy in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Knowledge of salesforce.com CRM is a plus Firm understanding of life and health insurance business and markets is a plus Appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive Information Are you interested?
