Continental's digital capabilities are growing every day. Our sales, logistics and finance IT competence center is the tech-foundation and the backbone of our worldwide tires business. In our daily work we manage service requests from our internal and external stakeholders and engage in the steady development of our SAP platforms. As a bridge between business needs and IT development, our global department acts as a worldwide player to enable Continental's success in the tires group. You will be part of an international and highly motivated team and work together with experienced and supportive colleagues in national and global projects. As part of our continuous growing business, we are looking for an experienced project coordinator for our central IT Tires department in Hanover, Germany. Within this position you will be working on the following:

Mapping, configurating and scripting required to communicate EDI business transactions Collaborating with internal departments and external business partners to identify requirements, to assess available technologies and to translate requirements into solutions Developing newly required B2B communication functions and enhancements Supporting and monitoring of EDI applications to prevent interruptions of business processes by resolving incident tickets Administrating the B2B integration system (Axway TradeSync Integration Manager) Taking over responsibility to develop, document and execute trainings of the implemented interfaces and solutions Get to know some of your new colleagues in Hanover already today on our website.

Job Requirements

Academic degree in business studies, economics science, economics, information technology, or a comparable qualification Business process knowledge related to order to cash, sales, purchasing and logistics Experienced with setting up communication protocols, such as secured FTPs, HTTPs, Webservice, API, AS2, OFTP2, along with related scripting on Linux Knowledge in EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, as well as file formats like XML, JSON, CSV including data mapping for business processes Technical knowledge concerning B2B integration technologies, connectivity, and related business applications Basic knowledge and experience with SAP transactions related to B2B communication would be a plus Very good English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills are desirable Team player in an intercultural environment Analytical skills and self-determined, solution-oriented working style
